Keyman Fund

RedLeif’s Keyman Fund is an excellent investment opportunity that utilizes Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) to execute an arbitrage investment plan. We borrow from banks using lower rate, premium financing, and place the borrowed money into the investment vehicle of a COLI where we will obtain a higher rate of return. The difference between our borrowing rate and the amount we make in the policies will be our profit.

The Keyman Fund executes the arbitrage investment to obtain an above average return for its investors as well as its owner. Our intentions are that all parties that are impacted by this plan will receive a benefit. The investors in the fund will obtain a higher than normal rate of return. The company selling the life insurance will be able to offer policies to the owners and executives of companies they solicit to for little or no cost. The owners and executives of these companies will be able to mitigate their ‘key man’ risk at very little cost to their company.

The investors in the Keyman Fund will receive their principle and interest through a Corporate Owned Life Insurance arbitrage plan. The Keyman Fund will acquire universal life policies tailored to your investment needs. These policies will be funded using premium financing. The fund will own the policies cash value and the companies insuring their key men will be entitled to the death benefit. If the investor owns a company, we can insured the key men.

The investor in the fund will enjoy a higher than normal yearly ROI over a 10 year investment period. Due to insurance law and the high rating of the insurance companies being used, the overall downside risk of this investment is mitigated.
